Customer Support starts with the customer performing the necessary power cycle or reboot of your computer, wireless router, and sometimes your wireless modem, doing this will often get you back online the fastest without even a phone call!
Please remember that when power cycling your wireless modem you simply need to locate your POE adapter, a small black box like in the image below, that's usually near your router or computer.

HOW IT WORKS:
